Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Supplier Quality Manager to join our team at Amazon. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement quality assurance processes that meet our high standards.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. This may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting quality audits, and providing training and guidance to colleagues.

Key qualifications for this role include:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another STEM field.
  • Over 10 years of related experience in project management, quality engineering, process engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following criteria: Experience with mechanical parts manufacture process including plastic injection, painting, assembly, surface treatment process and related quality management experience; Experience with metal parts manufacture process including stamping, die-casting, CNC, Anodizing and CTQ(Critical To Quality) process with quality control method; Experience with SMT and final assembly, testing, packaging, and relevant audits.
