We are seeking a skilled Data Center Civil Engineer to join our Design Engineering team in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities- The successful candidate will collaborate with design and engineering professionals to develop concepts and build projects.
- Key responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and releasing data center civil engineering designs.
- Additionally, the engineer will manage the portfolio of data center designs and features.
- This role involves developing and maintaining CSA Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications for civil engineering systems.
- As a technical advisor, the engineer will review civil engineering designs and evaluate design options for AWS DC design projects.
- Evaluating reports and creating scope for geotechnical investigation testing is also a key responsibility.
- The candidate will manage external design consultants to deliver high-quality results.
- An accredited Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering is required.
- Chartered Engineer status in Ireland or equivalent overseas accreditation is necessary.
- A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in civil engineering design for industrial, warehouse, or commercial projects is required.
