Job Title: Privileged Access Management Governance Analyst

About Opportunity:

We are seeking a professional to join our Cyber Architecture & Engineering team as a Privileged Access Management Governance Analyst. As part of this role, the individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining privileged access controls, ensuring compliance with PAM standards, and automating security procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead subsidiary and affiliate compliance with PAM controls; serve as the point of contact for standards and requirements.
  • Participate in designing the new Compliance Platform, including requirements gathering and testing.
  • Review data from infrastructure systems like Active Directory, Unix/Linux, databases, and cloud platforms to test standards.
  • Draft requirements and specifications for automated control systems.
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for onboarding privileged access to CyberArk and Hashicorp.
  • Address queries regarding controls and policies.
  • Maintain documentation of policies and procedures.
  • Attend vendor training and support events for relevant products.
  • Prepare manual compliance reports until full automation is implemented.
  • Recommend modifications to security standards.
  • Assist IT teams with policy and standards questions.
  • Design and implement processes to improve security controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
  • Strong communication skills in English; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, critical thinker, team player.
