Strategic Digital Manager

We are seeking a forward-thinking professional to spearhead the strategic direction of our digital endeavors. This exciting role will involve driving innovation, making smart choices, and optimizing channel performance to deliver business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive 3-5 year product strategy and roadmap for our organization.
- Oversee digital-related expenses and investments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize channel performance against targets, ensuring collaborative action plans and initiatives with stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships across the business to identify best-in-class experiences.
- Carry out regular audits to identify areas for improvement or defect.
- eCommerce technologies including platforms, analytics, infrastructure, and personalization technologies.
- Online analytics to deliver improvements in customer experience and conversion rates.
- Digital transformation and/or managing a portfolio of projects achieving clearly defined outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
