Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead on global initiatives to deliver best outcomes for BT, acting as a subject matter expert and working closely with Procurement Finance and regional teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to provide expertise and insights
  • Perform testing of data and information using smart techniques and tools such as data visualisation and trend/pattern analysis
  • Produce findings reports that deliver key findings, recommendations, and messages in a succinct and professional manner
  • Work with BT business stakeholders and regional procurement teams to identify cost optimisation opportunities and efficiencies
  • Generate and deliver various reports and trends related to Spend, Savings, and pricing
  • Ability to work within complex connectivity supply chain scenarios and provide agile responses to Business Units to assist in the progression of market opportunities
  • Project manage strategic procurement/business opportunities on a global scale

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Finance, Supply Chain, and Sourcing Experience
  • Exposure to digital sourcing tools and willingness to learn and develop further
  • Good business expertise particularly around supplier capabilities, procurement finance, commercial models, and partner programmes required to deliver portfolio and customer requirements
  • Ability to manage complex, strategic, and commercial requirements between BT and Suppliers
  • Exposure to business partnering and working with business stakeholders to deliver results
