About the Role

This Deputy Centre Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Nua Healthcare Services.

Main Job Duties
  • To support the Centre's Person in Charge in ensuring that personal plans are up to date and services are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • To provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification) is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
