Job Opportunity

Growing your accounting career with a reputable organization, you will support the finance team in various key functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, adhering to Irish GAAP and IFRS.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring journal entries are complete and reconciliations are up-to-date.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, gathering and analysing data and preparing reports for management review.
  • Maintain precise financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare tax returns and compliance filings, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to inform decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
