The role requires 3 days in office per week and reports directly to the SVP, Associate General Counsel for Match Group. You will lead and mentor a small team of EMEA-based attorneys and/or legal staff who provide generalist advice and transactional counsel to the EMEA-based and expanding brand businesses.

You will collaborate with US legal team members and other teams within the Legal Department (Tinder Legal, Hinge Legal, APAC Legal, Evergreen & Emerging Legal, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Compliance, Privacy, Corporate Governance) as well as with broader Match Group cross-functional teams (Tax, Finance, Government Relations, Trust & Safety, Communications, Cybersecurity, etc.) to provide seamless and comprehensive support to brands and to support our compliance with new and evolving international regulations.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual who can develop a deep understanding of various brands' technology and tech stacks and provide practical and innovative counsel to support high-impact and timely platform launches.
