Early Childhood Centre Manager Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management duties and day-to-day operations of a childcare centre. This includes developing and delivering programs and activities that cater to the needs and development of individual children.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional with a strong passion for early childhood care and education. You should have a minimum of FETAC / QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent, as well as at least five years of experience in the childcare field, including two years in a management role.

The ideal candidate will be able to liaise effectively with parents, guardians, and families, build parental partnerships, and line manage and supervise a team. They must also possess effective communication skills, be able to manage occupancy levels, meet targets, and understand all guidelines set out by TUSLA.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Developing, delivering, and managing daily operations of the Centre
  • Implementing company policies, procedures, health and safety/risk assessments
  • Liaising with parents, guardians, and families
  • Line managing and supervising a team

Required Skills and Qualifications:
