We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Team Member to join our vibrant production team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production line, contributing to the creation of high-quality packaging.

Your days will be filled with hands-on tasks in a friendly and supportive work environment that values collaboration and dedication. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Package and label products accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in the training of new team members
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
  • Report any machinery issues or product discrepancies to supervisors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of food safety regulations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift work
  • Physical ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials or equipment
