Energy and Sustainability Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate and proactive Energy and Sustainability Specialist with 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering and energy management in industrial settings. This highly skilled professional will lead the site's energy and sustainability initiatives through strategic planning, providing expert electrical engineering support and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote energy awareness and sustainability culture site-wide
  • Monitor, analyze, and report energy consumption and sustainability metrics
  • Develop and execute energy efficiency projects aligned with corporate goals
  • Collaborate across teams to embed energy and sustainability practices
  • Facilitate training and communication on energy conservation
  • Ensure compliance with energy regulations and corporate policies
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy data analysis and electrical design
  • Knowledge of energy management systems, sustainability frameworks, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
