About the Opportunity:
This is an excellent chance to join WSP Global Inc.'s Land Team in Ireland as a Senior Land Consultant. You will be responsible for acquiring land for our clients' major infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
As a key member of our team, you will utilize your expertise in statutory powers and other mechanisms to acquire land, prepare technical documents, negotiate access, and obtain consent from landowners. Your experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and knowledge of relevant legislation will be invaluable in delivering successful projects.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Agriculture, Land, or Estate Management or a relevant discipline.
- Experience working on land referencing, land access, landowner engagement services, and statutory processes on major infrastructure projects.
- Negotiation skills, knowledge of wayleaves/easements/servitudes, and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across sectors and locations.
- Demonstrable experience reducing land risk for clients and advising on land-related matters throughout project lifecycles.
