Business Operations Director, Pharmaceutical Division


Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Director to lead our Pharmaceutical Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pharmaceutical tracking systems that inform industry relations leads and drive business initiatives.

You will also review and monitor pharmaceutical contract deviations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will help establish objectives, define deliverables, and structure work efforts to mobilize cross-functional teams and deliver against business goals.

A key aspect of this role is actively seeking opportunities to improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency. You will also manage the analysis of industry trends, competitive risks, client and consumer needs, expansion opportunities, and internal performance.

Furthermore, you will help drive the development of market and competitive intelligence to support business planning and strategy development efforts. Your support in pipeline development of high-ROI, high-growth opportunities will also be critical to our success.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. If you have experience working with diverse datasets and leading business projects, we encourage you to apply.


Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and familiarity with the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across a matrix environment to deliver business goals
  • Experience in working with and analyzing diverse datasets to develop business insight and strategy
  • Proven ability to develop and lead business projects with accountability to senior management level stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
