As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering a sense of community among our residents, staff, and surrounding area. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships, identifying issues, and resolving them in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, transparency is key, and ensuring we attend to their needs promptly and professionally will lead to better resident engagement.
  • Proactively engage with residents to understand who they are, their preferences, interests, and any concerns they may have.
  • Plan and execute engaging community events, ranging from coffee mornings to wine tastings and movie nights.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Supervisory/management experience preferable but not essential.
  • An upbeat and outgoing personality – we thrive on a positive, can-do attitude and a winning smile.
