We are recruiting for an Entry-Level Administrative Position within our client's public sector organisation. As a Temporary Clerical Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in various capacities.

Main Duties:
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as data processing, filing, and document management
  • Assisting with the checking and verification of invoices
  • Taking minutes and maintaining accurate records
  • Responding to queries and correspondence through phone and email
  • Following up with relevant stakeholders regarding outstanding queries
  • Coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements
  • Managing paperwork and claims
Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with dictaphone or other transcription equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prioritisation and time management skills
