Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled project manager to deliver qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior. This role involves generating insights, optimizing labeling processes, and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of AI and ML models across various use cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Become an expert in various integrity and support issues
  • Manage day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets
  • Create and modify data labels while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
  • Ensure the quality of labeled data sets and alignment to policies and support processes
  • Partner with team members to improve labeling interfaces and tools
  • Analyze and audit data to identify user trends and malicious behavior
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex business problems
  • Lead investigations and resolve issues related to potentially abusive content or real-world threats
  • Build cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our users
  • Develop expertise in integrity issues and their impact on our community
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environments
  • Experience communicating with various audiences, including engineering and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience working with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience with vendor management, scaled online operations, and quality management processes
  • Experience with GenAI tools and annotation labeling training & operations
