The Semiconductor Vertical Lead will develop and implement sales strategies for vertical customers, leveraging Advanta, DI, SI, and Mobility competencies.
This role involves identifying C-Level decision-makers, building strategic relationships, and becoming a trusted partner and advisor to client CXOs and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for vertical customers.
- Identify and build relationships with C-Level decision-makers.
- Lead sales pursuit teams to engage clients and win deals.
- Drive closure of sales and negotiate agreements.
- Establish a pipeline of potential clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with Siemens business units and EMEA countries to develop new services and solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in service and solutions-focused professional services.
- Existing customer relationships and networks across the industry.
- Domain know-how in the industry to ensure industry-specific proposal and use case development.
- Understanding of technology stack including IoT architecture, edge devices, sensors, hardware, security, IT, OT, and AI.
- Ability to engage at C-level or board level and build professional networks and relationships.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build something new under uncertainty.
- Strong leadership and experience in working with cross-functional teams.
