Job Title: Regional Service Manager East
About the RoleThe Regional Service Manager plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. This position requires a strong scientific or technical background, substantial client-facing experience, and a proven track record in managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the performance of analysts on client sites to ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess and enhance service levels, address client concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Built relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that improve service quality and efficiency.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or business field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a client-facing role within the scientific industry.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams, analyze data, and present findings.
- Frequent travel required (60-80% of the time).
