Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Centre Managers with responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of the centre. This role involves leading and inspiring a team to achieve best practice standards in childcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, delivering, and managing the daily operations of the centre to ensure a safe and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
  • Implementing policies, procedures, and health and safety assessments as stipulated in regulatory requirements.
  • Effective people management skills, covering all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of FETAC / QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in the childcare field, with at least two years in a management role within the sector.
  • Full clean EU driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, ability to liaise with parents and guardians, and manage occupancy levels, meet targets, and manage finances within allocated parameters.
