This is a fantastic chance for an ambitious and skilled solicitor to contribute to a renowned financial services team at a leading Irish legal practice.
About the RoleAs a member of our dynamic and expert team, you will take on substantial responsibility in various funds-related matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on fund formation and structuring, including regulatory considerations;
- Drafting and reviewing fund documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance;
- Supporting applications for Central Bank of Ireland authorization for regulated financial services providers;
- Providing strategic guidance on fund governance and operations;
- Assisting with fund mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings;
We are seeking a qualified solicitor in Ireland with 0-3 years PQE in financial services or funds. You must have a proven ability in legal research, drafting, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are essential. A strong commercial acumen and client-focused approach are also required.
