  • Act as the point of contact for guest complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize operations and drive revenue.
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior Duty Manager experience in a 4-star hotel.
  • Strong background in F&B operations and front office management.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS or a similar system.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence.
  • Ambitious, with a desire to progress into an Operations Manager role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
