Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role offers valuable experience in quality administration, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, update, and archive quality-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and certificates.
  • Support the Quality Team during audits to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide day-to-day administration support to the Quality Team.
  • Support compliance efforts with national and international standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with departments and personnel to define quality procedures and SOPs.
  • Assist in vetting new suppliers and organizing contracts and agreements.
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties, projects, and assignments as needed.
  • Report on the performance of the QMS, risks, and opportunities for improvement to Senior Management.
  • Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System's integrity during planning and implementation of changes.

Requirements:
