Motor Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Technician to join our team. As a Motor Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough vehicle servicing and diagnostics in accordance with industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to obtain necessary parts and inform supervisors of any delays.
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs after receiving customer authorization.
  • Maintain accurate records of parts usage and notify service advisors of additional work required.
  • Conduct regular vehicle health checks and road-test vehicles to verify work performed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Technician with at least 3 years post-apprenticeship experience, preferably with BMW/Mini brand.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly document job card write-ups and explain additional work required.
  • Previous experience working with ADP/Kerridge environment is an advantage.
