Job Opportunity: Senior Financial Analyst

A challenging and dynamic role as a Senior Financial Analyst is available in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

This position offers broad exposure to financial performance ownership, balance sheet management, and close collaboration with commercial, operational, and finance teams across the business.

You will play a key role in supporting accurate financial reporting, improving processes, and ensuring financial agreements are correctly reflected in commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze monthly sales and gross margin results.
  • Ensure accurate application of commercial terms and pricing in coordination with the Commercial Team.
  • Support commercial operations with master data updates, deal reconciliations, and transactional queries.
  • Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across reporting and controls.
Balance Sheet & Controls:
  • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including stock accruals and GR/IR items.
  • Ensure valuations and reconciliations align with group policy and reflect accurate business value.
  • Partner with AP, AR, and IT to resolve outstanding issues and improve financial controls.
  • Act as first point of contact for auditors during annual audit process.
  • Supervise and support Accounts Assistants as part of the finance team structure.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with c. 2 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret high volumes of data.
