Wij zoeken een ICT-professional die onze klanten helpt met complexe IT-problemen. Als Microsoft Consultant maak je deel uit van ons team en help je bij het oplossen van storingen, analyseer en troubleshoot je ICT-problemen.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Oplossen en afhandelen van complexe storingen
  • Analyseren/troubleshooten van ICT-problemen
  • Samenwerken met systeembeheerders en consultants
  • Signaleren van problemen en deze behandelen met verkoop en management

Als ICT-professional moet je in staat zijn om snel te werken, probleemoplossend denken te hebben en goed kunnen communiceren. Je bent zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en hebt een representatief voorkomen.

Eisen
  • Afgeronde HBO-opleiding richting ICT of gelijkwaardige expertise opgedaan door ervaring
  • Behaalde certificeringen als MS-100 en MS-101
  • Kennis van en ervaring met back-up oplossingen, bij voorkeur Veeam/Symantec
  • Kennis van en ervaring met virtualisatieomgevingen (VMWare en/of Hyper-V)
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Resultaatgerichtheid
  • Representatief voorkomen
