Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Sales and Catering Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Delight customers by providing a positive dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Work effectively in a team, providing support and assistance when needed
  • Communicate with customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • A strong customer focus and awareness of the importance of delivering exceptional levels of service
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • A basic understanding of HACCP hygiene systems is desirable but not essential
  • A passion for delivering excellent levels of service and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience
