Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage our team of software engineers in the development of scalable distributed systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex projects and collaborating with other experts.

This role involves managing a team, recruiting and hiring new members, and mentoring existing ones. You will also be responsible for interfacing with internal customers, understanding their requirements, setting priorities, and communicating direction and progress.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering on technology roadmaps. Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated technical leadership
  • 3-5 years' experience in Software development with experience as a Development Manager
  • Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications
