Job Overview

Link Personnel Services is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Manager to lead the inventory control team and ensure all operational activities are on track.

The Role:

  • Lead the inventory control team and ensure all operational activities are on track (cycle counting, COGI reconciliation, physical material storage setup, Control Audits).
  • Responsible for driving the inventory control program across the site and provide full support and compliance to maintain accuracy.
  • Carry out root cause analysis to identify the issues in Inventory inaccuracy.
  • Improve processes to achieve best performance in efficiency and compliance.
  • Support the Logistics Manager with analytic insights to drive improvements in logistics optimization.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects across supply chain.
  • Work with IT to leverage the full capabilities of our current systems and identify and implement improvements.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years+ experience working within Logistics preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • BA in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering or similar.
  • Analytical ability to utilize the capability of ERP systems.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced diverse environment, strong leadership abilities.
  • You are energized by finding new and improved ways to deliver excellence, not being afraid to embrace new initiatives and change;
  • You are a clear and confident verbal communicator.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
