Senior Mechanical Design Lead

The position involves driving mechanical design across various water sector projects, encompassing municipal water and wastewater pumping stations as well as treatment plants.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and experience in design and project management as part of a growing team with senior support.

Key responsibilities include leading design work and deliverables, collaborating with wider process teams, developing Preliminary and Detailed Design reports, calculations and drawings, and mentoring mechanical engineers.

Required skills and qualifications include an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline, 7+ years post-graduate experience, excellent computer skills, familiarity with AutoCAD 'Plant 3D' modelling, good academic record, full clean driving license, fluent written and spoken English, and excellent interpersonal skills.
