Unlock Your Tax Expertise

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our highly regarded Tax team in Dublin. As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of financial and commercial transactions, including debt capital markets, general corporate tax, investment funds, aircraft leasing, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border tax planning and real estate work.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise domestic and international corporations, asset managers and financial institutions on tax matters

  • Work closely with tax partners and of counsel on diverse tax technical matters

  • Participate in multi-disciplinary transactional teams working collaboratively with fee earners across practice groups

  • Conduct ongoing training, mentoring and support to ensure the highest level of expertise

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years post-qualification experience as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA)

  • Strong academic credentials and tax technical skills

  • Interest in domestic, EU and international tax developments

  • Excellent drafting and communication skills

  • Commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
