About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring 37 hours of work per week, with a requirement to work Tuesday to Saturday. You will be responsible for providing an excellent standard of member service within the front office environment, processing lodgements, withdrawals, loan draw down, and repayments, as well as managing cash transactions and performing various administrative tasks.

You will also be accountable for developing an excellence in dealing with and resolving member queries to the highest levels of service. This may include advising on credit union products and services, as well as ensuring compliance with existing and new systems and controls.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, excellent IT and administration skills, and a strong commitment to enhancing the member experience at every opportunity.
