Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient, empathetic and have a passion for caring for others.

Responsibilities
  • To provide personal care and support to our clients in their homes.
  • To assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing and meal preparation.
  • To promote independence and well-being of our clients.

Requirements
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Possession of a full driving license (essential).
