Senior Private Client Tax Director

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Senior Manager to assume a leadership position in our Dublin office. Our client is a prominent professional services firm with expansive growth ambitions and multiple locations across Ireland.
The Position Overview
This role involves directing a team of professionals, cultivating relationships with private clients, and providing advisory and compliance services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with private clients, interpreting Irish tax legislation, and managing client relationships to completion.
Main Responsibilities
- Direct the team in maintaining and developing the firm's relationship with a portfolio of private clients.
- Ensure timely payment and return filing deadlines for private tax clients.
- Advise private clients on suitable business structures, transfer pricing, and succession planning opportunities.
- Contribute to departmental targets and personal goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) and a qualified tax professional with a minimum of 5 years practice experience.
- Experience working with private clients, with a focus on tax advisory projects.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills.
