Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation process of our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, estimating project levels of effort and resource requirements, and preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and implementation process of products and services involving cross-functional teams.
  • Estimate project levels of effort and resource requirements using standard estimating techniques and tools.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
  • Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans.
  • Assure project quality by using standard development methodologies and working with SQA to develop and execute project quality plans.
  • Communicate project status by preparing status reports and leading departmental and customer project status update meetings.
  • Resolve project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate.
  • Consult with internal project groups by sharing project management knowledge and assisting other project stakeholders in project management processes and techniques.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree plus 5 to 7 years of related work experience or a master's degree with 3-5 years of related work experience. They will also possess working technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures.
