About the Role

Connected Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Support Clinical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical governance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical services in your assigned area.

The successful candidate will work closely with Client Care Managers to ensure that clients receive safe and effective care. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address these issues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversight of clinical services in your assigned area
  • Collaboration with Client Care Managers to ensure client needs are met
  • Identification and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with service providers
  • Reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Active registration on the NMBI Register - General Nurse Division
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an acute setting
  • Current full clean driving license
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
