Delivering high-quality childcare for children of all ages in a safe and stimulating learning environment is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. As a Childcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing positive experiences for each child, encouraging their development in a fun environment, and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a genuine love for children. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of FETAC level 5 in Childcare or a degree in Early Years Educator and Care and Pedagogy.

  • Provide positive and meaningful experiences for each child.
  • Caring and willing to encourage children's development in a fun environment.
  • Ensuring the children feel they are in a loving safe environment.
  • Promote the concept of diversity welcoming all families.
  • Encouraging Parents to have an active role in their Childs learning.
  • To come up with creative ideas to stimulate the children.

A successful Childcare Practitioner will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for working with children. If you are a motivated and team-focused individual who is committed to delivering high-quality care, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements

- Must have a minimum of FETAC level 5 in Childcare or degree in Early Years Educator and Care and Pedagogy

- Must have a genuine love for children

- An enthusiastic attitude to working with children

- Good working knowledge and understanding of Aistear (NCCA), Siolta and the preschool regulations

- Must be Motivated, and a Team Player
