Live Television Producer

This role involves overseeing multiple tasks to deliver a polished final product for live broadcasts. The producer will guide editorial direction under the supervision of the senior team leader, ensuring content is relevant and aligned with objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Guide programme editorial to ensure content meets editorial standards and aligns with show objectives.
  • Produce live output, providing editorial direction to the production team and presenters in real-time.
  • Oversee forward planning, including identifying great stories, booking talent, and managing events to ensure engaging content.
  • Seek out relevant content, news items, and interesting stories that resonate with the audience.
Requirements:
  • Highly driven and committed to delivering top-quality live television.
  • Strong multi-tasker with ability to pivot between tasks and team coordination.
  • Excellent at forward planning with passion for seeking out new ideas and great stories.
