We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our IT team as a Junior IT Support Engineer. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide top-notch support and services to Glenveagh staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting system and network problems, managing our Active Directory infrastructure, and installing/configuring applications and hardware when required.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. If you're passionate about technology and eager to grow with our company, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults.
  2. Manage the Glenveagh Active Directory infrastructure and Office 365 application suite.
  3. Install and configure applications and hardware as needed.
  4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and services deployed.
  5. Monitor and maintain various systems, printers, mobile devices, and networks across all Glenveagh sites.
  6. Support the setup and delivery of IT services on new sites.

Requirements:

  • AD/TCP/IP Network knowledge desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Operating System.
  • Full, clean drivers license - required.
  • Strong planning & organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
