Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Regulatory Affairs Strategist. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our global regulatory strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective integration of regulatory considerations into product development.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in assessing complex regulatory landscapes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing and refining global, regional, and multi-country regulatory strategies to optimize market access and distribution.
  • Providing strategic guidance on regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless integration into product development processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze regulatory pathways and recommend optimal approaches.
  • Monitoring and evaluating regulatory developments, anticipating changes, and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Cultivating relationships with regulatory authorities, government organizations, and industry partners to ensure compliance and foster collaboration.
  • Staying abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to inform regulatory strategies and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on strategy and policy.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
