Senior Mechanical Design Leader

Direct and oversee mechanical design projects across multiple regions, leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert oversight and review of complex mechanical designs.
  • Lead high-performing engineering teams and champion quality assurance standards.
  • Monitor project performance and identify areas for innovation and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate collaboration between mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with proven track record in team leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams of engineers and consultants.
