Job Title: Medical Litigation Solicitor

This challenging role will see you take on a variety of complex cases related to healthcare litigation. Your expertise and advocacy skills will be essential in ensuring fair treatment for individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on sensitive healthcare issues, providing counsel to clients
  • Represent clients in High Court and Circuit Court matters, including HSE cases, wardships, and mental health proceedings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies for client representation

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with significant general litigation experience in the District Court
  • Prior experience as an advocate in Circuit Court and High Court is desirable
  • A minimum of 2+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) is required
