Experienced Refrigeration Systems Specialist Wanted

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Refrigeration Systems Specialist to play a key role in the installation, diagnostics, and maintenance of advanced heating and cooling equipment across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install commercial and residential heat pump systems
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on heat pump equipment
• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance work to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians as required
• Collaborate with project engineers and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with F-Gas regulations, health and safety standards, and company procedures
Requirements:
• Qualified Refrigeration Technician (Level 6 or equivalent)
• Full, valid F-Gas certification
• Minimum 5 years' experience in refrigeration and/or heat pump systems (commercial and domestic)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Clean driving license for company vehicle provision
• Comfortable reading wiring diagrams, commissioning reports, and technical manuals
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
