Deli Product Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of hot and cold deli products, ensuring that every item meets the highest standards of quality. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer orders from all fresh food areas efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare, cook, and display food sold throughout the day to meet our customers' needs.
  • Maintain high standards for counter displays across all fresh food departments to create an attractive store front.
  • Share knowledge, recipes, and personal recommendations to showcase passion for quality food and inspire customers.
  • Address customer queries professionally, promptly, and in line with company policy.

Requirements:

  • The ability to work as part of a team in a busy convenience store environment is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued, but not necessary.
  • A genuine interest in food and excellent communication skills are required to engage with customers effectively.
