The Design Manager will be accountable for the design delivery of allocated engineering work packages or tender design packages, ensuring establishment and implementation of project plans, management and documentation of all fee, program, and scope changes, and delivery of technical outcomes on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.

Main Duties
  1. Implement systems and procedures to maintain a cost-effective, high-quality, safe, and environmentally responsible approach to design, construction, commissioning, and other activities on relevant projects
  2. Prepare and develop design programs and monitor design development progress against delivery programs and budgets
  3. Liaise with other design managers, projects, and business leads to balance resources across the project
  4. Apply project controls and procedures to allocated projects
