Interest Rate Trader

We are seeking a seasoned interest rate trader to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of macroeconomic drivers, monetary policy, and reference rates.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing new trades and strategies in the US interest rate space. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and executing trades to achieve optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage new trades and strategies in the US interest rate space
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Execute trades to achieve optimal results
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an interest rate trading or advisory role.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable success in an interest rate trading or advisory role
- Deep knowledge of fundamental drivers of the various components/curves in the fixed income space
- Proven proficiency in designing and executing trading strategies based on detailed market analysis
