Kitting Assistant

 

Kitting Assistants are responsible for stocking materials, kitting parts for assembly processes, and transporting kits within the facility.

 

  • Stocking of materials to kitting cells;
  • Kitting of parts for assembly process;
  • Transporting of kits within the facility and to be removed from system inventory;

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and follow specific written schedules and part picking orders to achieve the highest possible accuracy;
  • Ensure compliance to all general site Rules, Regulations, Policies & Procedures;
  • Perform any other duties as required by the manufacturing manager to suit business needs;
  • Maintain a clean and tidy works area;
  • Adhere to our ISO 9001 Quality management system and company health and safety procedures.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Able to understand and follow instructions and procedures;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Basic math skills;
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (if necessary).
