Job Title: Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving sales targets, supervising and supporting baristas in preparing and serving coffee beverages, motivating the team by challenging staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills, and ensuring that the store operates in line with company standards, policies, and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets
  • Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving coffee beverages
  • Motivate the team by challenging staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills
  • Ensure that the store is operating in line with company standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
  • Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role
  • A can-do attitude with strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
  • Ability to work well with colleagues contributing to a positive team environment
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
