Senior Director of Trade Operations

- Ensure the Trading Operations Framework complies with regulatory obligations.
- Maintain efficient operations to enhance client experience and safeguard interests.
We serve over 4.5 million clients, with more than €30 billion in assets under management.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee static data management, transaction reporting, and corporate actions outsourced to affiliate entities.
- Reconcile settlements with clients and executing brokers, managing breaks in high volume environments.
- Support key stakeholder management internally and externally.
- At least 5 years' experience in Back-office, Reconciliation, and Corporate Action functions in a high-volume environment for a MiFID Investment firm.
- Thorough knowledge of the full equity and CFD trade lifecycle, including settlements, custody, and taxes.
- Expertise in SQL and/or Python for enhancing straight-through processing and managing exceptions.
