Key Role: Laboratory Customer Service

The Team Leader in a laboratory plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction levels. This leader is accountable for ensuring customers' needs are consistently met and communicated in a proactive, timely, and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead and organize the Customer Service team to achieve daily and departmental targets, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Act as the main point of customer liaison for the laboratory, overseeing the handling of all queries and complaints.
  • Manage administrative functions for the laboratory, including purchasing, stock control, sample booking, and document control.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the laboratory's service offering.
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience interacting with customers in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
