Staffline Recruitment (ROI) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estimation Professional to join our team in Dundalk.

In this key role, you will oversee all aspects of pricing for major projects while managing and inspiring a talented estimating department.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a fit-out, marine or construction sector with line manager experience and significant experience in take-off, cost planning, subcontractor and supplier procurement and risk identification.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender returns and estimates
  • Oversee the preparation of tender returns by other members of the department
  • Undertake take off and measurements
  • Undertake subcontractor and supplier pricing analysis
  • Prepare tender packages for suppliers and subcontractors
  • Undertake on-site surveys and prepare scopes of work
  • Undertake benchmarking
